Belchertown Democratic Caucus 

Become a Delegate!

The BDTC's caucus will be held on Saturday, March 7, at 10:00 am, in Town Hall. During the caucus, we'll elect 9 delegates and 4 alternates to represent Belchertown at the 2026 Massachusetts Democratic Convention in Worcester on May 29-30. Registered and preregistered Democrats in Belchertown may vote and be elected as delegates or alternates during the caucus.  Eligible voters who are not yet registered as Democrats may register at the caucus. 

Young people (ages 16-35), people with disabilities, people of color, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community not elected as delegates or alternates are encouraged to apply to be add-on delegates at the caucus or by visiting massdems.org. 

At this year's convention, delegates will gather to hear from and nominate candidates running for statewide office.
